Studio 54 offers a diverse range of flavours including some likely to blow your head off. As well as the more traditional flavours, Ice Cream Studio 54 on Southside Street are tempting people with some new recipes including fresh strawberries with black pepper, coconut and sweet curry and hot ginger. For adults only, you can try licking into a rum and raisin cornet produced with a third of a bottle of rum per each five litres of ice cream.
The recipes are the brainchild of owner, Nick Greenwood who produces his range of ice creams at the rear of his parlour using locally sourced ingredients. The parlour also produces on site, a range of stylish home made cakes which would be hard to resist when spotted by people passing by the parlour's window.
