Fine dining at its very best! The Elephant is a two storey Michelin star restaurant, with a more informal brasserie on the ground floor and the Michelin-starred The Room on the first, overlooking beautiful Torquay harbour.
Celebrity chef Simon Hulstone runs the restaurant with his wife Katy. Simon has won multiple awards for his creative cuisine, and has regularly represented Great Britain in prestigious competitions. Most recently he won the British Airways Great Briton contest and is now working alongside Heston Blumenthal to devise the Olympics menu for British Airways flights.
At the Elephant, they offer a changing menu based around local and sustainable ingredients, using the abundance of fantastic produce on their doorstep, and have a great team who are passionate about serving great food. They work closely with Occombe Farm and Brixham fish market, which means they can deliver delicious fresh food all year round.
The Elephant has twice been recognised in the UK’s top 100 restaurants as voted by Restaurant Magazine.
