Topsham - Gutiar Duo Alex Knight and Chris Glassf

A musical evening with the Alex Knight and Chris Glassfield Guitar duo in the lovely surroundings of the Art Room in Topsham, just a few miles from central Exeter.

Devon based Alex Knight has been working as a professional soloist and accompanist for many years performing Classical, Spanish, Baroque and Renaissance music. Chris Glassfield is a successful composer producing music that has been used in high-profile TV programs in England and abroad with notable success in Korea where he had a number one album in 2003. They have been performing together for 6 years throughout the UK and have toured extensively in Japan and Korea.

Programme will include:

Vivaldi’s Concerto in D major,
Jesu Joy Of Man’s Desiring by J.S. Bach,
Siciliana by J.S. Bach,
Waltz in A minor by Chopin,
Canon in D by Johann Pachelbel,
Tico Tico by Zequina de Abreu
Akatombo by Kosaku Yamada
plus an original composition by Chris Glassfield
