Shaldon Water Carnival
Come to Shaldon for a wonderful and unique day out. Be a part of the fun and games on the Ferry Beach followed by evening entertainment on The Green.
There will be beach competitions and prizes galore! This year's great events will include sand sculpture, painting, and crab collecting competitions followed by a children's fancy dress parade through the village.
The Water Carnival Parade will be the highlight of the day. Be enthralled by the wealth of colourful decorated boats circling around the “Shaldon Pool” of the Teign Estuary. Why not decorate a boat and be part of the atmosphere?
The fun moves to The Green in the evening with a children's disco followed by live music and a barbeque throughout.
Now in its 52nd year the Shaldon Water Carnival is one of the most established events in the South West, so make a a date in your diary and we look forward to seeing you there.
