Crabs from Sea to Sandwich
If you love crab, but don't know how to deal with a live one come & spend a hands-on morning learning how to humanely dispatch & cook crab so it's ready to eat, in Mark's fish store overlooking Start Bay. You'll be working on your own crab, which you can take home for tea, & there'll be ideas for using crab & lobster in your cooking.
