Situated in the heart of the city, Plymouth Pavilions is a multi-purpose venue able to accommodate business conferences, arts and entertainment events. With an established reputation for hosting conferences, exhibitions, awards ceremonies, concerts, sporting events and catwalk shows it specialises in providing versatile spaces with professional event management, planning, staging and catering – all under one roof.

Plymouth Pavilions has an enviable list of prestigious events under its belt, from Rotary International to Unison conferences, the Royal College of Nursing Practice Nurse Annual Conference and the EDF Energy Media Awards. Notably, Plymouth was chosen ahead of its rivals as the destination for the Annual GMB Congress with 550 delegates and 200 staff and visitors attending for the five day conference, and the City also secured the Annual Baptists Assembly of 2,000 delegates which filled nearly all bed spaces across Plymouth.

The circular Arena can accommodate conferences for up to 2500 delegates and offers 1800 m² of versatile exhibition and dining space with a further 750m2 available on the floor of the ice rink. The hire also includes the use of the Arena Bar, dressing rooms and backstage area plus dedicated staff for the event and organiser parking. The Full Meeting Suite offers a highly flexible, air-conditioned space with floor to ceiling windows and a maximum capacity of up to 200 delegates; comprised of four rooms the suite can be used individually or as a larger space with the partitions removed.

The Corporate Events Team is responsible for all private hire events and takes great pride in providing a first class and highly professional service from the early planning stages of an event, right through to its conclusion and follow up. A dedicated Event Coordinator ensures the event is a success and maintains a relationship with clients to guarantee future events improve and grow, year on year.
