Welcome Family is an independent, medium sized, friendly park and offers all you need to ensure that your holiday will be a wonderful experience, like fantastic entertainment throughout the whole season. Our customers have always been our top priority and we promise to do our best to make your holiday rewarding and memorable!

Kids have their own Jolly Roger Club with a daily programme crammed with lots of activities to keep them amused. There is also a sports-ground, children’s playground and crazy golf.

The Tropicana heated indoor pool complex has four pools- a fun pool, sports pool, whirlpool and toddlers splash pool. So, whether you want a serious swim or just a splash around, there’s a pool for you and whatever the weather.

Welcome family is located just a few minutes (500 metres) level walk from the award winning Blue Flag beach and the lovely nature reserve of Dawlish Warren. It is also within easy reach of a host of local attractions and places of interest for great days out. Only 20 minutes from the motorway network and there are good rail and coach connections, as well as reliable local bus and train services.

Accommodation is available to suit every taste and pocket, ranging from the luxury Casita Lodges, through the comfortable Wavesurfer Bungalows to the cosy Sunrise Caravans. These are fully equipped to a high standard with microwave, fridge freezer and TV. All attractively situated in colourful landscaped gardens.

Pets are welcome in selected holiday homes and the surrounding area can offer some lovely walks, including parts of the beach.
