Come and enjoy the tranquillity of this beautiful 15th Century thatched cottage nestling within two acres of award winning gardens.

The cottage is in the ideal spot for you to get the most from your holiday. There are many local attractions including the Donkey Sanctuary which are all easily accessible and Sidmouth is only 5 minutes in the car.

We have plenty of private parking and if you wish to take advantage of the bus service, it stops at the top of the garden.

You are free to enjoy the Guesthouse throughout the day - you can relax in the gardens, on the patio, or in the comfortable lounge.

All ten individually decorated non-smoking, en-suite rooms benefit from full central heating, TV with freeview, hairdryer and Tea and Coffee making facilities. The guest lounge is comfortable and welcoming and has a 42” television, games and books for your use and a log burning stove for use during the cooler months.

Dinner is available four nights a week and is served in “The Barn” a large vaulted room which, in days gone-by was a hay barn. This room also enjoys the comfort of a wood burner, and lovely views over the gardens.

If visiting friends or relatives they're most welcome to join you for dinner. With good home cooking, a varied choice of menu and a well stocked bar. You will be sure of a very warm welcome from us into our home.
