In an idyllic setting, 4 star apartments and cottages in the grounds of a handsome Georgian country house with breathtaking sea views and very private, secluded beach. Nestling in 4 acres of outstanding natural beauty on the coast, within easy reach of Torbay, South Hams, Exeter and Dartmoor. Many of our guests return every year, some for over 30 holidays.

There are numerous facilities for all year round. They include the beach at the bottom of the garden with sea bathing, beachcombing, rock pooling and fishing. A splendid heated outdoor swimming pool overlooking the sea and toddler’s pool, both open May – September. Hard tennis court for all year round play, croquet lawn and children’s play area. An indoor games room with games for all ages and a fully equipped laundry room. From our bird hide gazebo you may spot dolphins off the beach or falcons on the cliff. From the house you can watch the sun and the moon, rise over the sea.

There are superb views from stylish and comfortable apartments. They are all well equipped with central heating. Fitted kitchens with dishwasher, freezers, microwave and ovens etc. Attractive lounges with TV and video. Lovely bedrooms with linen and towels provided and bathrooms with bath and shower. The cottages are converted to be the same high standard and are full of nautical character. The properties sleep from 2 – 6 persons with 1-3 bedrooms. They all have a patio or terrace. We enjoy a mild climate and with spring arriving in February and summer lingering on into October, many of our guests enjoy a winter break. We offer an oasis of peace and beauty during the quieter seasons when you can book a special short break.
