Enjoy our 5 star silver award B & B and luxury holiday cottage set in lovely gardens in a conservation area.

Bedroom 1 Coach house suite - Kingsize with en suite bathroom: on the first floor of our barn conversion with north and south facing windows giving views over the gardens and village beyond.

Bedroom 2 – Blue room - Twin with en suite shower room: on the first floor of the main house, with views over the front garden, village and countryside beyond.

Bedroom 3 – Yellow room - Kingsize with private bathroom: also in the main house, with views over the front garden and village. Kingsize bed and a large family bathroom just across the landing.

Bedroom 4 – Cottage suite: Kingsize with shower room on the ground floor of the barn conversion. Separate sitting room, kitchen and private garden.

All rooms have:
Towelling bathrobe(s)
Hospitality tray with selection of teas, coffee, biscuits, fresh milk and chilled water;

Breakfast
All our food is prepared using only fresh ingredients from local suppliers where possible. We use free-range produce, with eggs, bacon and sausages from naturally fed and reared stock. Organic milk, yoghurt and butter are from local West Country dairies such as Yeo Valley and Riverford Farm, while tea and coffee are mainly Fair Trade. Special diets and evening meals by arrangement.

Location
Set on the rural fringe of the village of Kingskerswell, halfway between the market town of Newton Abbot and the seaside resort of Torquay, the cottage and B&B at Rock House are ideally situated for exploring the magnificent South Devon coastline, the wide open spaces of Dartmoor, numerous beautiful gardens and National Trust properties. The Eden Project and many Cornish gardens can be visited comfortably in a day, and golfers are very well catered for, with many fine courses within easy reach. The cosmopolitan cathedral city of Exeter and the historic towns of Totnes and Dartmouth are a short drive away.
