This is a newly refurbished, quality self-contained flat situated in the heart of the vibrant tourist area of The Barbican, overlooking the Marina and within walking distance of Plymouth Hoe and the foreshore, City Centre shops and the bus/coach and railway stations.
The accommodation is situated on the third floor above The Maritime Inn and comprises 2 double bedrooms, a large lounge/diner, a fully equipped kitchen with induction hob, microwave/grill, fridge/freezer, iron and ironing board, and a bathroom with bath/shower, bidet and toilet. A trouser press and hair dryer are also on-site.

This an ideal location for holidays, city breaks and business visits, as The Maritime Inn has a Meeting/Boardroom for hire that can accommodate up to 20 persons.

Parking on the Barbican is subject to charges and permits for parking can be arranged and paid for on registration.

Minimum booking 2 nights stay. No children under 5yrs. No pets. No smoking.

Seagulls not included, the area can be noisy at weekends!
