The farm is centrally located for easy access to the many attractions of North Devon, its beautiful beaches, indoor and outdoor attractions for the whole family and sports facilities including golf, surfing, fishing, riding etc.
Its proximity to both Exmoor and Dartmoor makes this location perfect for those who wish to explore. Instow with its sandy beach, pubs and restaurants are a just mile away. It lies adjacent to the Tarka Trail, part of the South West Coastal Footpath, and RSPB bird sanctuary.
The bed and breakfast accommodation comprises two twin/super king-size and two rooms with 4 poster beds, all rooms ensuite, with TV and tea/coffee making facilities. Breakfast is served in our beautiful oak beamed lounge and includes eggs from our free range chickens, home made bread, jams and marmalade.
