Multi-Award winning Fairways is ideally situated on the flat and is close to the sea front. There is easy access to facilities such as the Riviera Centre, Torre Abbey, the Princess Theatre, Torquay's Shopping Centre, the Harbour and the, ever popular, thatched village of Cockington.
We have a 4 Star Gold Award, which means you are assured of top quality accommodation, cleanliness, hospitality and comfort. Our breakfasts, which use locally sourced produce, have received a ‘Breakfast Award’ and will set you for the day. Both Awards are from ‘enjoyEngland’.
We cater for vegetarians, vegans and those with special dietary needs such as Celiacs.
There is ample, free, car parking on site for all our guests and wireless internet access, is also free.
We are open all year, including Christmas, for long or short breaks, weekly or mid-weekly bookings. We welcome families, couples, singles and those away from home on business.
Rooms are available from 2pm on day of arrival, but if you plan to arrive before then let us know and we will do our best to make sure your room is ready. If you are travelling by train or coach we can collect you from the relative station if you let us know your planned arrival time in Torquay.

Access: From the flat car park there are two steps up into the entrance conservatory. On the Ground Floor we have the Four Poster Room and a Superior Double Room (which can be booked as a Family Room), a Superior Double and a Standard Double Room are up a flight of 13 steps and 2 Standard Double Rooms and another Family Room are up a further flight of 3 steps. The Dining Room is a step down from the hallway.
