Esmé’s Cottage is located in the bustling Devonshire town of Ivybridge. Positioned on the southern edge of Dartmoor, and with the South Hams beaches and cliff-top pathways a pleasant drive away, Ivybridge is the perfect Devon touring location.

The Cottage, which has recently undergone sensitive modernisation and refurbishment, is located just 50 metres from the 13th century Ivy Bridge in the old part of town. The High Street is a mere 200 metres from the Cottage, providing access to a wide range of town centre facilities including gym, swimming pool, cinema, theatre and shops. Yet, the serenity of Dartmoor is just a walk away, and the beaches a short drive away. This makes Esmé’s Cottage the ideal all-season holiday accommodation for families and couples.

Built approximately 170 years ago, the Cottage retains many original features including oak beams and inglenook fireplace, and accommodates up to 5 + baby. It comprises a main living room and large kitchen/diner downstairs, with 3 pretty bedrooms and a toilet/bathroom with bath and shower upstairs. It is carpeted throughout, except for the kitchen and bathroom, and is centrally heated and double-glazed to ensure your comfort regardless of the season. It is professionally serviced & maintained, with freshly laundered linen & towels included in the rental price. Guests also have access to a small, private south-facing patio and rockery garden to the rear. Patio furniture and barbecue are provided.
