Our beautiful home, Easton Court, is an old Tudor thatched cross-passage Devon longhouse and is situated inside the boundaries of the Dartmoor National Park, just one mile outside the ancient stannary town of Chagford.
In Edwardian times, the house was enlarged and an entire new wing was added. Today this creep-clad wing contains our guest accommodation- five large en-suite rooms that overlook our beautiful gardens and beyond to the Teign Valley deer park.
The atmosphere is relaxed and informal with a hearty breakfast served in the guest lounge/ breakfast room every morning.
As our guest accommodation is in a dedicated wing, guests are welcome to use it all day. Guest can also relax and enjoy our beautiful gardens on sunny days.
Easton Court is an ideal base to explore Dartmoor and the whole of the West Country being only a short distance from major road networks. The Eden Project, Rosemoor RHS Gardens, Devon and Cornish coastlines are all within an hours drive.
There are also many places to eat within easy reach of Easton Court, ranging from Michelin-star fine cuisine to hearty Devon fare, guaranteed to keep everyone satisfied.
