M5 – A380 – A3022 – A379 – Hillhead – higher or lower ferry (Kingswear) – into town – turn left by Royal Castle Hotel/Natwest Bank into Duke Street which becomes Victoria Road – past Bowling Green and Vicarage Hill – take next turning on right into Ford Valley – ‘Cladda’ car park 200 metres on left.
Non Ferry route
From north M5 – A38 heading towards Plymouth for approx 16 miles, you will see Plymouth 23 miles sign, after sign next turn off is Dart Bridge A384 for approx 4 miles to Dartington – left onto A385 about 1+ miles past school to traffic lights – turn right A381 (signposted Dartmouth) – approx 6 miles to Totnes Cross turn left at Garage A3122 Dartmouth approx 6 miles to outskirts of Dartmouth – past Sainsbury’s – follow signs for town – after St.Clements Church see bollards and turn right signposted Townstall Road leading to Victoria Road – follow road down hill approx half mile on left ‘Cladda’ on left hand side (parking at rear in Ford Valley)
