Welcome to Big Tree Self Catering Holiday Flats in sunny Paignton, your home from home holiday accommodation in the heart of the English Riviera.

We have been awarded a VisitBritain Quality in Tourism rating of Three Star and we are also a member of Torbay Self Catering Association.

Big Tree Holiday Flats are ideally situated for a happy and carefree holiday, whether you are a couple or a family. Your comfort and enjoyment is our priority.

We are centrally located a short distance from Paignton town, harbour and beach and close to Goodrington Sands and Park, Splashdown @ Quaywest Water Park and Torbay Leisure Centre.

Smoking is not allowed inside the flats and we regret we do not accept pets.

Accommodation is offered for a minimum of 1 week from Saturday to Saturday in peak season. Short breaks (minimum 3 nights) are offered in early, mid and late season, subject to availability, but cannot be booked online.

Each flat offers comfort, convenience and a high standard of cleanliness and all have their own front doors to the outside. Ample free private parking is provided and guests are welcome to use our pretty garden, patio and washing lines. There are also guest laundry facilities. Free wifi access is installed.

We have ground floor one bedroom flats to sleep 2 and first floor two bedroom flats to sleep 4. They are all electric, supplied by £1 coin meter. All beds have memory foam mattresses. All bed linen, bath mat and tea towel is supplied free of charge. We offer towel hire for the flats or beach.

As we welcome children we have cots and high chairs available on request at no charge but no cot bedding is provided. Fans are available on request. There will be complimentary tea bags, coffee, sugar sachets and milk so that you can have a welcome cuppa on arrival.

All flats are fully equipped with TV with Freeview ( two in the 2 bedroom flats), DVD Player, full size cooker, fridge, microwave, toaster, iron and ironing board, ample crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. They have oil filled electric radiators in the lounge and bedrooms (except for one flat which has central heating).

The climate in South Devon is mild, even out of season, so Paignton is an ideal destination to enjoy a break all year round.
