Liz and Gordon Lindsay welcome you to Barritshayes Farm, nestling in the heart of the stunning Coly Valley and within 4 miles of the World Heritage Jurassic coastline.
Our cottages, 'The Granary' and 'The Dairy', have far reaching views over the surrounding hills and you may want to relax after a day out and enjoy the stunning sunsets. Both cottages sleep 5, 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room.
Situated in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, beaches at Lyme Regis, Seaton, Beer and Branscombe are just a short drive away where sailing, boating, fishing trips and other seaside activities can be enjoyed. The magnificent scenery which is all around can be appreciated by foot over many miles of footpaths, by bike or horseback.
Barritshayes Farm lies between Colyton and the pretty village of Northleigh with its 13thC church. The historic town of Colyton, once known as 'The most rebellious town in Devon", is 1.5 miles away. Although decreed a town in Henry XIII's reign, in character and atmosphere it is more like a village with its picturesque narrow streets and town square with a range of local shops. The ancient market town of Honiton is 4 miles away with a wide selection of shops, railway station and fast road access via the A30 to Exeter and the M5.
